Dear reader,

We are delighted to be able to share several pieces of news with you today. The next step towards a shift of generations at MAFAC has been initiated and the cornerstone for the future has thus been laid. In the meantime, our energy-efficient customer centre has commenced operations. Our product range has grown by the transfer system MAFAC CONTINUO, an in-house production. Furthermore, the vector kinematics we presented at the parts2clean has in the meantime stood the test very well, as you can gather from our user report.

We hope you'll enjoy the texts.

GENERATIONAL SHIFT
Transition with a three-person board at the management level
MAFAC proceeds in the generational shift and welcomes a new managing director. On 1 March 2021, Armand Oostendorp has taken over as Head of Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and Product Management.
In this position, the 48-year-old degreed engineer will work as an equal managing director together with Rainer Schwarz and Stefan Schaal and together they will set up the company with 100 employees for the future. “I am very pleased that we were able to inspire Armand Oostendorp and that we can count on his experience and support,” says Rainer Schwarz, son of the company founder Ernst Schwarz. MAFAC CUSTOMER CENTER
MAFAC Customer Center - Technologies of the future
It was completed shortly before the outbreak of the corona pandemic and then taken into operation in compliance with the regulations on social distancing and hygiene: even if the circumstances may be unusual, MAFAC is pleased to present its new customer center in Alpirsbach. A building of around 1,300 square meters adjacent to the head office was completely renovated and converted into the MAFAC Customer Center (MCC). It hosts the Marketing and Sales, Service, and Training departments as well as the Technical Center. More
MAFAC CONTINUO
Transfer system made by MAFAC
Our product range has grown. With immediate effect, we are offering an automatic transfer system - the new transfer system MAFAC CONTINUO - that enables a MAFAC parts washer to be operated with up to five goods baskets or workpiece holders in the loading and unloading area. The system is perfectly aligned with our machines, operates according to a flexible waiting queue principle and is designed for a basket weight of up to 250 kg. What you thus receive is a cost-optimised parts washer including transfer system that is reliably produced from one source. Please contact the responsible sales partner to obtain further information or send your enquiry to vertrieb@mafac.de.de
USER REPORT
MAFAC vector kinematics has stood the test in practical application
Eckerle Industrie GmbH in Ottersweier manufactures complex assembly groups and system components that are used in a variety of industries, for instance in medical engineering. When a new parts washer needed to be purchased, the choice quickly fell on the spray-flood machine type MAFAC JAVA by MAFAC. In particular the new vector kinematics method convinced the persons in charge. You can read more in the user report study on our website. Further information on vector kinematics can be found here.
